When an incoming buyer gets an opportunity to view the property before agreeing to proceed with the purchase, more often than not, the Seller may or may not provide all the details to the broker in relation to the property, unless asked for or only after the buyer has agreed to proceed with the purchase.

If you are buying a property then you should also consider having a Will in place. Not just property, you can also cover your movable assets such as cars, bank accounts, businesses in your Will; not to forget appointing guardians for your minor children should something happen to you whilst they are still minors.
