Philip Sequeira who heads PAS Conveyancing has been in the UAE since 1993 and has seen Dubai real estate grow during the last three decades. Philip has closely worked with two major developers in Dubai who have provided iconic projects such as the Burj Khalifa and the Palm Islands.
Philip, in conjunction with the Dubai Land Department, implemented the registration process for the titles on completed properties and the registration of off-plan sales in the interim register. Insofar as registering Titles for completed properties, Philip and his team has the distinction of registering more than 25,000 title deeds and also registering off-plan sales when working with these developers.
Philip brings with him vast experience of handing real estate transactions and advising on personal wealth management during his 11 years working with a leading local law firm in Dubai. This coupled with his hands on experience of introducing transfer processes and procedures when working with the two major real estate developers.
