c) Assist the Parties (buyer/seller) with proper documentation and procedures to be followed when banks/ mortgages are involved.

d) Assist the parties with the Developer’s NOC process.

e) Accompanying you on the transfer date to complete the transaction by attending the Dubai Land Department nominated trustee’s office.

  • Whilst we can assist you with the preparation of the Power of Attorney based on your needs, our team can also assist you with the notarisation process either in person or remotely, where permissible. This facility is in great demand as buyers or sellers are not necessarily required to be physically present in Dubai to complete the transaction and the purchase or sale can be transacted by way of a Power of Attorney granted to third parties, including PAS Conveyancing to act on your behalf.
